I have worked with Kim on our Offer-Refund-Cancellation Model for Norton customers. She PM-ed this project with great details, be it brainstorming with data scientists to think through model metrics, optimization folks to bring in better flow on portal or be it engineers to help them think through the next steps of technical details. I have had numerous instances of random brainstorming/ catch-up sessions with Kim and she have always been available. Kim has good communication skills, maintains a great attitude and adds great value to the team when it comes to thinking through the details of a portal implementation or a functionality within an existing portal. She is the one who always looks at the big picture first! I would recommend her without reservation.
